Home Care Classifications
Home Care levels 1-5 are distinct. Level 1 is domestic assistance. Level 3 is widely considered the standard for a qualified Personal Care Worker.
Pay Point Progression
Within each Level, there are "Pay Points" (e.g., Level 2.1, 2.2). Employees generally progress to the next pay point automatically after 12 months of service, provided they have demonstrated competency.
