Check a timesheet for underpayments
Drop in a roster export, a timesheet — even a photo of a paper one. We read every shift and check it against the SCHADS Award: sleepovers, broken shifts, penalty rates and overtime.
Free first check · no card · your file stays private · up to 10 MB
What the check finds
Most SCHADS underpayment hides in the edge cases — allowances and penalty rates that are easy to miss when pay is run by hand. Every shift is checked for:
Sleepover allowances
Overnight shifts that should carry the sleepover allowance (clause 25.7) but were paid flat — currently $62.87 a night.
Broken-shift allowances
Split days owed an allowance per qualifying day (clause 25.6) — $21.81, stepping up to $28.87 with two or more breaks.
Penalty rates
Saturday, Sunday, evening and public-holiday loadings applied to the wrong hours — or not at all.
Overtime
Hours past the daily or weekly limits paid at the ordinary rate instead of overtime rates.
Drop in a timesheet
Any format your rostering system exports — or a photo of the paper one.
We read every shift
AI reads the roster as a person would, then every shift is checked against the award rules.
